Hey everyone.. I have been entertaining renting an airstrip just outside the St Louis area for our own supercar shootout.. just accross the Mississippi River from us in Illinois.. Its an airport that is hardly used by commercial and the Air Force. I emailed the director and he wanted more info, and sounded interested, but wanted more info. So before I get too deep in negotiating etc.. etc.. etc... The airstrip is 10,000 ft long so thats a little under 2 miles. Nice and loooonnnngggg... I was curious all you junkys out there would be interested in a weekend with your car if I can pull this off? Let me know your thoughts, and if you would be interested. Don't forget we are centrally located just about smack dab in the center of the the country - kinda.. Many of you could get here with a little travel..
BTW - it would be this summer sometime... Date to be hashed out in the final details..

Atlanta in the near future.
You're not too far from us.. I've driven to Atlanta several times from here.. use to live there... not a bad drive at all...

Post it on the threads of E60, E39, E63, and E90s. I think they get a lot more traffic than this section does. Just ask Gustav to not take it off since you're trying to create a buzz.....like the guys over there in Europe (so jealous).
