Caffeine and Octane 12/7

Great to see all you guys today--Ted, Michael, Dwayne, Jack, Purvil, and Graham. Another great (but freezing) Sunday.

Ted, your Eisenmann Race sounds amazing! Awesome wheels as well.

Dwayne, have a great time at Dragon Tail. Don't think I can make it this year, but will try next year.

Graham, I am looking forward to the new car club you are starting: a fantastic idea sorely needed in the Atlanta area.

Michael, great meeting you. Small world, you working at my old stomping ground in Smyrna (they do some interesting things with tofu in that cafeteria).

Jack, nice chatting with you as well. I will eventually take the plunge and invest in a radar/laser system like yours.

Didn't take any pics as I know Purvil would do a great job as usual (and I was too busy revving my car and listening to Ted's).

Rick it was great to see you as well and you definitely won the revving contest and quickest beast. As soon as the website is done I will post it on the board.

It was nice to meet you Dwayne and Michael. Michael you need exhaust so you can really hear that V10.

Purvil, it was good to see you again and thanks for the Ferrari event pictures.

Ted, it was a pleasure as always and hearing that E-Race never gets old.

Thanks,

Graham

Rick....gotta hand it you and ur beast. Ted wasnt far off but you def. got my vote in the rev. contest. Fun to see you guys running wild on the street, boy they do sure haul azz. Graham, it was great seeing you today as well. Turnout wasnt the same but quite a few ppl came out in the freezing cold.

Toke some pics. at the Ferrari event, check the other thread.
Here are the pics. from today....not that many pics. due to turnout. Hopefully by next meet it will pick up but thats being optimistic.

Thanks.

I think Ted's exhaust sounds amazing, and I'd still give him my "vote." Next time we should make a side by side by side exhaust video of the stock M5 next to mine and Ted's. I suspect we would need to do this soon before Michael gets a new exhaust.

Hahahaha. It was amazing seeing 2 other M5's that can make mine sound like the engine wasn't even running!

I had a lot of fun and it was great meeting everyone.

I completely agree with you on that. I definitely think we need to do a side by side by side video. I'll bring a video camera next time.

Hey guys!!

I just caught this post!! It was a fun, albeit cold, meeting. Rick, Michael, and Dwayne, it was great to meet you guys. I am glad there were the 3 of us E60's "representin' " . Graham, good to catch up with you as always. Rick, you have me thinking about a sec 1 high flow setup--I just don't know what neighborhood I will have to move to. You definitely made sonic mincemeat of out of our exhausts. I am really looking forward to the next meet. I am going to bring my buddy with his '07 Lambo LP640 and another buddy who just got an '09 MDCT Space Gray E90 M3. Hope it is not as cold!!

Later,

Ted

That would be a real treat for the people showing up in the cold. Try and get him out to the event....we'll warm up next to his V12
