Service department abuse!

Does anyone have any experience with excessive mileage put on their car while in the service department? I left my car with a DFW dealer to replace a tire and when I picked it up there was an additional 66 miles on the car! No explanation at all other than...."sorry".

Welcome to the Board. Sorry about your experience. There are ways to mitigate that risk.

Hire an attorney and "F' these guys!

There are NUMEROUS threads on this issue. I too have been a victim. Only my milage was only 14 miles. 66 miles, yikes!

Go get them!

"Sorry", yeah that made things right!
