We will be scaling back the event significantly this year.
No Dyno - IPS, the dyno shop, closed. It will be very difficult to find another shop to do the dyno for that price.
No Drag strip - Too expensive, not enough participants.
No Police Escort - Very expensive and we had issues getting everyone to pay their share.
T shirts will be PRE ORDER ONLY
Stickers will be available
A Charity(s) will be onsite to accept donations. Any proceeds from the sticker and T shirt sales will also be donated.
Event schedule:
Thursday, June 9th - Arrival Dinner - 7pm - Dinner will be held at Dave and Buster's in the Polaris Mall. We have reserved a private banquet room. The restaurant is located on the North-East side of the Mall.

Friday, June 10th - Morning to afternoon (Times TBD)- Casual cruise through Hocking Hills. (beautiful area South of Columbus) THIS IS NOT GOING TO BE A SPIRITED RACE THROUGH WINDING ROADS. This WILL be a leisure cruise through some scenic areas of Ohio. A waiver will be required to participate in this cruise. I am trying to arrange a group lunch gathering while we are down there.
Friday, June 10th (evening) - Last year we were rained out of the drag strip, so we lined up bowling at Star Lanes. We can do that again, or take a vote on other ideas. Still open for discussion.
Saturday, June 11th - Timmayfest 2014 - Quaker Steak and Lube Polaris - 10am - 4pm - We are meeting at the same venue as the last 5 years, Quaker Steak and Lube in Polaris. It is a very convenient location with plenty of hotels, restaurants, and the Polaris Mall right across the street.
