If you guys INSIST on me going to "a club" I guess I could be roped into it. Maybe Thur or Fri night. Saturday night after dinner will be spent back at QSL partying with all of the Timmayfest attendees though. I am really looking forward to that!

Agreed! Then again I make no promises, bottles and girls tend to make decisions on the fly that you may/may not regret.
Guys, I really don't know what is going on with the track at this point. It seems the MB crowd wants to limit who is allowed to run so the "big guns" can get more track time. It is really confusing at this point. I understand about the 11.49 rules, but I don't see the point if not everyone can run. Stay tuned, I am trying to get info on #1 who is renting the track, #2 what their plan is, #3 if we are even invited. It seems this whole "track night" has gotten away from me??

No worries, we will get it back inline.
Some of the guys are just more hardcore and didn't want to drive 13+ hours to only go on the track a few times. I can understand that. In our track events we have 50-60 cars and never have anyone complain about track time.
Keep in mind and remember that this is and always will be the timmayfest drag night. We dictate the rules and people can chose to participate or not.
Like I said before Tim, I am here to help with any of the planning, and we can get this done.
I can help make sure cars are tech'd, make sure the drivers have a clue whats going on, and help with the safety part of the event. We are also going to require people to sign wavers that remove Timmayfest and its personalle from responsibility if anything happens at the track. (standard operation proceedure)
