Hey guys, just a quick update
I didn't have a chance all week to work on the car, but I'm happy to say I installed the new serpentine belt today
Here's a quick tip, from my expierence today
first off I removed the right filter box and both MAF tubes. I also removed the two upper radiator hoses
You need a 15mm wrench to move the tensioner. I used the open end and then slipped a small pipe over it for additional leverage, (beats the hell out of am umbrella

Turns out I didn't need it
Heres the tip:
Once you route most of the belt up, down and around the various pulleys (and you will need to refer to a photo, a sketch or another car to figure it out!!)
Instead of pushing down from the drivers side on the tensioner, put the wrench on the opposite (passenger) side, reach under the front of the engine and pull up. Its tight for your arms, but it allows you the room to slip the new belt over one of the idlers, which are smooth and not ribbed like the pulleys
I'm going to keep an extra one, and a 15mm wrench, in my trunk so I can be the hero next time! With that wrence and the correct belt, we could have done this in the woods
I won't be able to make it tomorrow, but again I want to thank my new friends on this board for ther help last week. I look forward to running with you again
Enjoy the drive tomorrow
