Rocky Mountain Chapter 2009 Annual Spring Drive, May 23rd, 2009

I came across this event on the Rocky Mountain Chapter BMW CCA website. If it is anything like the spring drive 2008 was, it promises to be a blast! I had an amazing time during this event last year.

Last year we had two E39 M5s and one pristine E28 M5 participate and I am hoping to generate a substantial M5 turnout at this event! Maybe we can get all four generations of M5 to show?

Details of event beyond the date are yet to be released, but I want to give plenty of time for people to work this into their schedules. Last year the drive began at Co's BMW in northern Colorado and then traveled north to Laramie and then back south and west through a beautiful drive to Steamboat. I predict the route will be similar this year as well.

I will keep this thread updated as more information becomes available.

The date for this event is set for May 23, 2009. Who plans on attending!? Let's see some beasts at this GTG!

Yes, I have been to one last month. It was alright, most of them were VW's and Audis. I will come to this one since it is only 5 minutes from where I live.

The monthly Euro meets organized by Union1609 are a good time. There is a great variety of vehicles and knowledgable people that usually show up. I was going to attend the January meet but the weather wouldn't allow it.

Azaytsev, I'll try to make the upcoming February meet if some M5's are in attendance and the weather is nice.

Let's all make a priority to attend the spring drive though. It is the most fun you will have with your BMW all year.
