9th Wedding Anniversary Need Advice

I do not know if this is the correct place to post this question, if not I apologize.

It is my 9th wedding anniversary this weekend.

I was thinking of taking wife somewhere I can drive the M to ??? At least I will have a blast driving.

Maybe, Wis / Ind / Mich? I do not want to drive more than 5 hours away & I am in Northern Illinois.

Any suggestions? Bed & Breakfast, wine excursion somewhere near some water (Lake Michigan or Lake Geneva).

I am leaving kids with in laws.

Thanks in advance for any romantic anniversary suggestions.

I think Door County (very tip of the Penninsula of Green Bay) is within 5 hours of North IL.

Wonderful Bed and Breakfasts. Lots of things to go see, it is fairly touisty but in a small town sort of way. You can even take a ferry (with the 5 aboard) to Washinton Island.

No recomendations on Specific B&B's as my wife and I haven't been there for over 5 years, but my Dad has a Condo up there and the town itself is still great.
