        It's a closed structure in my hometown, and always plenty of parking. The garage itself is pretty dark, but should make for some pretty cool photos...

        It's in the Glen area of Glenview, where the former Glenview Naval Air Station was until they shut down the based and build a ton of homes, businesses, and offices...

        That's a link... use the satellite view. The large structure just west of Wolverine Drive is the parking garage.

        Glenview is fine for me.

        Is there any place close by to grab a bite to eat for lunch?

        The Yardhouse is perfect. A million beers, good food, right next to the garage.

        So seriously, how do we get a track day together?

        Personally, I'd prefer to do it during the week. Pick a day way out there this summer and let's go for it. These kind of opportunities don't come along too often, so there's really no excuse for skipping work.

        Would you rather be this guy -->

        Or this guy -->

        ???

        Taking it a step further... I'd recommend the following:

        Part 1 http://www.chicagoindoorracing.com/ (sometime really soon!)

        Part 2 Track meet

        Ok, guys, need everyone whose attending to confirm the new location in the Glen. actually the parking lot i was talking about is just north of the Yard House on Sable Drive. take a look at the google map where it is. It would be a great location to meet. the address for Yard House is below as well.

        google map of the parking lot i was talking about. i couldn't circle it, but i centered the map on it
