Black E39 in Manayunk

So this morning as I pulled out of my garage and go to the stop sign at the corner, I looked back as I proceed through the intersection and there was another black E39 M5 behind me. I passed one going the other direction the morning before on the way to work a few miles away as well, near Mt Airy. Was it anyone on here?

Hey. Congrats on the purchase - how do you like it so far? Do you live in the yunk? I was pulling out of my carport on Shurs Lane and headed up the hill towards Ridge when I noticed the other black M behind me. Looked like there was a girl driving and a guy riding shotgun.

I may have been mistaken, or maybe saw it backwards in the rear view. There was definitely a passenger in this one though. It is a great car isn't it? I love describing it as a super-saloon when people ask what I drive. Last weekend I actually gave a girlfriend a driving lesson on it and that night we went to a bar and ran into a couple guys she went to high school with and told them how I taught her how to drive stick earlier that day. When they asked what kind of car and she told them their jaws hit the floor! One of them had an E500 and she said how it was his pride and joy. He didn't talk much about it after she mentioned what she was driving that day!

Yeah, hear you on that one. I get the blank shocked stare a lot of the time. The best is when the other person starts talking about the M5, how it's the best thing since slice bread - that makes me feel incredibly awkward.
