M5 racing a Viper on Woodward in Detroit Fri night??

Black M5 with Black rims... racing a white with Blue stripes GT Viper. Cars were extremely close. Neither wanted to lift....
Seemed at around 110 mph.... they came up on some traffic veering onto Woodward. Viper steered away from it... hit the curb,
went airborne and smacked a telephone pole. As far as i know... the passenger and driver were alright.

You guys hear about it??
Obviously I wouldn't expect the owner to tell us what happened... but maaaaybe some one was there with some first hand knowledge.

That sounds like some bad driving, bad judgment on both parties.. dangerous to drive close, worse on roads with heavy traffic. Are you seeking out to see if the M5 driver is a member on the board? If he/she were do you think they would come forward about driving recklessly on a public form?

If you are trying to find a 'sighting', this thread should be in the sightings forum.

Ouch that sucks!! I was going to give this guy in a automatic G35 a lesson for trying me, thank god i didnt, a van turned infront of the guy, he swerved to avoid hitting him, and i slowly drove by. If we had of gone, we both would have smoked that van!
