E39 M5 on Clarendon Blvd (Arlington VA)

Exchanged glances of mutual approval/understanding with the driver of a later-year E39 M5 heading eastbound between Courthouse and Rosslyn on Saturday evening (7/11). Great-looking exhaust tips, BTW. I was in the 2000 Avus Blue. Anyone on here?

Very possibly me. Was the other car LeMans Blue? It is a CNS Racing exhaust with the 89mm tips.
