First race is filmed from the BMW ALPINA B5. There you see the BMW M6 wheels on the BMW M5. Both cars are stock, but the ALPINA B5 starts way ahead of the BMW M5 and they both slow down too early (before the white sign).
The next race is more even: the BMW M5 gets the jump but hits the revlimiter on 2nd gear. All the way to 250 km/h it is quite even, the M5 is slightly faster, especially at higher speeds. The ALPINA B5 has a quite remarkable performance at higher speeds even though it has an automatic gearbox.
