It only happens to me when I turn the car off while still on an active telephone call. Even after the call is ended, the B/T needs to be out of range or disabled for everything to shut down properly...

It has points of interest... I think the comment was that they do not automatically show up on the fly through map. You just select the point of interest as your destination.
