BMW MVR 560i

Description:

This vehicle was originally a new BMW 540i that was modified by a specialist German tuner, Martin Veyhle Racing (MVR), in Stuttgart. The original V8 engine was replaced by BMW's V12 engine modified to 6.1 litres. It resulted in 438 BHP at 5,400 RPM and 620 Nm of torque at 4,300 RPM. Other developments include those to the brakes, gearbox, suspension, wheels, tyres, interior trim and the instrument panel.

The car is equipped with a 5-speed automatic gearbox and manual F1 style paddleshifts mounted on the steering wheel.

With these upgrades in place, the BMW MVR 560i boasts a blistering top speed of 310 km/hr. It is capable of accelerating from 0-100 km/hr in 5.3 seconds.

Due to the expensive cost of the project, only 20 of these vehicles were ever made.

BUY IT NOW PRICE: $25,000

NOTE: We will ship to any worldwide location at the buyer's cost.

History:

The car was originally imported from Germany by Abu Dhabi Motors, the BMW dealer in Abu Dhabi, UAE, in 1999. It was sold to the first owner who paid over $100,000 at '99 prices. I bought the car in September 2002 and am the second owner. We have the full service history that has been carried out at the BMW dealer in Abu Dhabi and an independent BMW dealer in Dubai. The car is currently being stored in our garage at our house in Sharjah. All are welcome to see the car and experience a test-drive.

This is the same BMW mentioned in the following threads:
