Feeler: 02 LMB w/70K miles

I think the time has come to seriously consider selling my car. It is an 02 Lemans Blue with the Silverstone interior. It has 70,000 miles, but still has the CPO warranty, and the extended maintence warranty until 100,000 miles. I have a few mods on the car that I will list below;
Dinan stage IV chip (I think it is stage IV)
Dinan intakes
Dinan MAS
Dinan Exhaust
Dinan stage III KYB suspension
Rouge SS kit
Dinan front and rear strut tower braces
Mark IV Navigation
European angel eye headlights with the clear corners
19 x 9 front, 19 x 10 rear OZ Superleggras (a little scuffed on 3 wheels)
Oh a brand new clutch and slave cylinder also

What do you guys think on the pricing? I am thinking around 40K due to the warranty until 100K and the mods. Am I on base with that one?

40k sounds about right, if IF you find the right buyer.

From what I have read on the board you really should only expect back 30% on the value of the mod (forget labor)...and many buyers find mods to be not so appealing...

You're not CPO and the mileage is higher so in a private party sale I could see even high 30's depending on where you are located.

but that's just my opinion.

Off the top of my head the CPO is until 12/07 and it is the extended maintenance warranty. That is also until 12/07 or 100K.
