WTB 2003 M5 CPO Black/Black

Hey All! I have missed this site! Switched over to x5world and e60.net after abandoning the idea of getting an M5. Well after a chance run in with a 2003 sitting on my dealers lot and the subsequent disappoint of a poorly prepared/maintained supposed CPO I am back on the idea. I had forgotten how truly wonderful M cars are and how great this community is. Thanks Gustav!

What I am lookin for:
2003 M5
black exterior (any metallic preferred over jet)
black extended leather
aluminum trim
NAV
enhanced bass
rear shades
20k-36k miles
CPO

Probably pretty rare and will definitely be camping on bmwusa/CPO site but I thought I would add a post just in case! Similar vehciles will be considered but this is the preferred setup. CPO is important as I want to be able to obtain the extended maintenance. I am willing to pay a fair price but I love a good deal.

Located in the mid south U.S. but will travel for the right car.

Cheers

Hey ktulu-

Are you still in the market? I am selling my 2003 Cobalt black/black interior M5 with 17,800 miles. Excellent condition inside and out. Never smoked in/never raced. If you are interested, let me know (send private message). I can send photos.

Re: WTB 2003 M5 CPO Black/Black

Hi,

I have a '03 Triple black w/Aluminum trim I will be posting here in the next day or two (gotta give her up for the new one).

Details:

- Jet Black exterior
- Black extended interior w/Aluminum trim
- All options except Park Distance Control, and rear folddown seats
- No accidents, no scratches, never tracked, no children (no offense ), no smoking
- Adult mildly 'spirited' driven
- Heated garaged at work and home
- Minimal rock chips in the front and mirrors
- Some light rim rash on two wheels w/one of them having 4 nicks on the inner lip (darn Minnesota DOT truck)
- Have M Parallel Spoke 66 BMW rims w/Contiwinter Contact snows (80% tread) sitting on it now (cost $3,200 last year), they go with the car)
- Windows tinted to 35% (gets hot in the summer :-)
- Winter rubber mats front and rear
- Mileage sitting at 37,500
- 4 year/48000m full service warranty (exp 02/07)
- New front Dunlop tires. Back is at 50-60% tread
- Fully detailed twice a year

With an attempt of flexibility,
- Cost of car including winter wheels is $52K
- Cost including CPO and winter wheels is $53K (I'll fund some of the CPO)
View my car link has two pics, will provide more as needed.

Regards,
Kevin

Do you still have your car available. I am slightly interested but never saw you post it.

What is the deal with the CPO. You say you will fund some of it. How much does it cost and how easy is it to get that. Is it because you are the original owner you can do it or do I not understand the process.

Thanks! I look forward to your response.
