06' E60 M5 For Sale

Brand New 2006 Black on Black M5. Comfort Access, HUD, Full Perf Leather, A/C Seats, Heated Seats, Active Seating , Power Sunshade, Sirus, Walnut Wood trim. I'm sure I missed something that this car has. I bought this thing loaded (MSRP $95000) and then went ahead and added Lojack early warning for $1000. I really love this car and don't want to sell it but unfortunately I have too many cars and an insurance agent that likes me a bit too much at the moment. I've only put about 4XX miles on the car, since it is a secondary vehicle for me. The car is located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Best reasonable offer. swest2507@yahoo.com or 602-541-9444 (leave a message).

Hi,

I am very interested in the car. What is your asking price?

First one to come up with $98K drives it home (95K sticker), let me remind you that taxes have been paid, and this is a private party sale so there is no Sales Tax. In addition production has been stopped for 1-3 months (starting in January).

Good luck with the sale. Just want to point out that most states will charge a sales or use tax when you attempt to register the car. Don't know about Arizona.
Regards,
Jerry

Arizona does not have the sales or use tax on a private party sale as long as the car remains in AZ. If you try to take it out of state (i.e. TX) then you will end up paying tax (or whatever your state law is - but most cars that come in from another state are subject to tax).
