Wanted! Diff. For '95 M5

Looking for used diff. for my newly acquired '95 Euro M5 to replace the 3.73LS that came with the car. I'am looking for a 3.23LS or a 3.45LS ratio diff. only. Serious cash buyer!

Would the ring and pinion from an E39 work? Some 540's came with 3.15's...pretty close to your 3.23.
Regards,
Jerry
