Just curious, which part of the console and why, unless you're referring to the armrest with the storage compartment (which you can get at a US dealership). I hadn't noticed a difference between the US and Euro console.

I believe the major difference is that the Euro style has a small storage compartment under the center armrest.
I installed one in my M5 last summer. It is a great practical mod that is easy to install

Does anyone have the part number of the center console with the storage compartment? I have asked several bmw dealerships in Toronto, and they continue to claim I need to put together several components to create the centre console with the storage space.

There are a combo of console options. What most people are after is the one with the solid top (no opening for the phone) and a tray underneath it. It still also slides. Check the link. It's pricey.
