'02 Carbonblack/Caramel (UK): my M5 is for sale...

To make way for my soon to arrive E60, I am now selling my E39 M5. I want to give any interested board members first crack at it before putting it on the open market.

Here are the details:

2002 Model (registered October 2001), European spec car Left Hand Drive

Exterior is Carbonblack, Interior is extended Caramel Heritage leather

Options on the car include:

- Debadged
- Electric Sunroof
- Heated Comfort seats with Active "massage" feature
- Park Distance Control
- Widescreen Sat-Nav with discs for all major European countries
- Cordless Siemens armrest telephone with speakerphone function
- DSP with Individual Audio and 6cd changer
- Milltek Sport exhausts (3 piece including centre box)

The car has a full BMW service history including Inspection II this January and an oil service last week (5 green leds showing). It has a renewable full BMW warranty, MOT and road tax until November 2005. The car has never been on a track and the brakes and tyres are all in excellent order.

I am the original owner and a non-smoker. The car has always been garaged and pampered inside & out. It has covered 54,000 miles (86000 kms).

I am looking for the best offer over £20,000. Please send me a PM if you are interested.

Here are some photos of the vehicle taken last week:

Looks really really nice.

One question: are those sits from the 7er? Never seen them in another M5.

They are the Comfort Seats (which were also available on the 7). They are much softer than the Sport Seats (as is the heritage leather) and have an additional shoulder bolster adjustment which makes them VERY comfortable, especially with the active massage function
