Sterling Grey with Caramel and I'd be on my way to AL...
Pretty fair price IMO... a bit high compared to trade in and wholesale (wholesale is 60-61.5... trade in lower?), but the level of pampering and the few upgrades are of some value. (Notably many of the upgrades are cosmetic and only mild performance- major performance mods can turn off some buyers..)
Good luck

ps Does the nav use CDs or DVDs?? I thought 2003 went over to a DVD based system.
ALL U.S. Models - of the 2003 M5's Navigation Systems are DVD Based. Many people refer to the discs as cd's when they probably should be called DVD'S BUT ... Sounds like it's a Great Car for a Very Fair Price. I saw a similar car with twice the mileage in a BMW Dealer Showroom 10 days and there asking $72.5 ... and NO BUDGING off of it!
The only difference was the Dealerships car was CPO'D ... which means the warranty is extended to 6 yrs/100K miles from FIRST date of service (aka when car was first sold).
MARK:
Goood luck with your sale ... sounds like you have a beautiful machine and you should have no trouble selling it. You just need to be patient.
Statistics show that the average time it takes to sell a used $50k ++ car is a little over 2 months from the time the car first goes on sale to the public. That assuming that the seller puts about 3-4% of the asking price into advertising that the car IS for sale.
ALL U.S. Models - of the 2003 M5's Navigation Systems are DVD Based.
Good- I'm shopping for a 2003 -based on the DVD nav and rear airbags- and wanted to make sure I hadn't missed something (like early 2003 still had CD...)
Mark- your post begs the question- why the sale? sounds like you are divorcing the M (all the mags, everything that was releated to the M...) Too bad it's gotta go.
That is a hell of a price for the car. Bought mine 2 months ago with 3600 miles and paid 68,500 w/o any non-factory options. You will sell in no time, IMO.
