SUPERSPRINT EXHAUST

I WAS WONDERING WERE THEY WELDED OR CLAMPED TO THE
EXHAUST SYSTEM.AND IS THERE ANY DAMAGE LIKE DENTS OR NICKS. DID THE STOCK EXHAUST NEED TO BE CUT FOR THE INSTALL .LET ME KNOW .
