FS: E39 OEM M5 Staggered Rims + tires

Up for sale is a set of OEM E39 M5 rims off my 2002 m5. These are at 60k miles, but hardly show it. They have great color, no curb marks, no bends, no funny business. I would give them a 9.5 out of 10, with the .5 reduction going to the fact that they aren't brand new. It appears these were not run in the winter due to the shape they are in. Since i've owned the car it doesn't see salt, snow, or rain. I never use abrasive wheel cleaners, nor does the car every go through any kinda of car wash. They are cleaned with a separate car wash mitt using meguire's NXT car wash. The wheels were just washed in the pictures, hence the dots you see are water drops.

Tires are the stock michelin pilot sports's and the best tire i've ran so far. I've got pictures to show the tread depth, I planned on replacing them in the spring / summer time. These rims *ARE FORGED* just like volk, hre, bbs, dpe, etc. This is why they are nearly $3,000 (plus core) from the factory. I recently put brand new ///M stickers on them and will be selling them with the OEM centercaps (white and blue, NOT black and white).

These will fit any E39 5-series and possibly others with a 5x120 bolt pattern, all i know is the e39 stuff.

Asking $1500. I have seen curbed m5 wheels with worse color sell for $1200-1350, mine you will not have any work to do. I am willing to meet anyone (somewhat local) or we can arrange shipment. I will need your zip code for shipping estimates, and if you can receive freight shipments it can probably get even cheaper.

Any questions please ask.

OEM rims

Would you be willing to split up the front and rears? I'm looking for a set of rears to put on the front of mine.

Everytime I go over to Dan's house he has JUST cleaned those wheels. He keeps after them like no body's business. Feel comfortable in buying these wheels. He takes great care of them and they look great.

ive had many people ask me about splitting them up, everyone is mostly interested in the rears. if i can find someone to buy the fronts, then I won't mind splitting them up. or you could buy them and sell the fronts or use em for winters.

they look like they've been refinished, their color looks greyish and there's no shine. Are you sure they haven't been painted/powdercoated?

am i sure? no. i cannot be positive that the previous owner didn't have them worked, but when I purchased the car I was told there was zero paintwork on the car and the rims haven't been curbed or repaired. I can only trust their word.

as far as no shine? i think they shine up nice. I mean show me some glossy *** mirror'd m5 wheels and i'd question them being oem.

did you happen to the read the shadowchrome process thread? about how each wheel is made with a 'guestimate' mix and they aren't all the same?
