Lost my job... 2006 Silverstone II M5 has to go + mods part out

Title says it. Sadly my third beast has to go. Hopefully I will be able to rejoin the ranks in not too long

2006 Silverstone II / Black Full Leather SMG E60 M5
All options except fold down seats I believe. It has HUD, Ventilated seats, Heated rear seats, Comfort Access, Sirius, iPod interface, etc etc. Probably other stuff that I've forgotten as well.
60,xxx miles
2nd owner, bought used in 5/08 from a BMW dealership (not CPO) with 32,000 miles
All highway miles, long commute
Maintained only at BMW dealers
New CCC module ($3,000+) in the last few months under warranty

These are the mods it has on it right now:
Forgestar F14 19x9 and 19x11 wheels on Nitto Invo 275/35-19 and 305/30-19. These tires have never rubbed even with the lowered suspension. I'm pretty sure they're about as big as you can go on 19s, if not they're very close.
H&R springs
RPI Pulley
RPI Scoops
Rogue Engineering Exhaust

The only things probably worth parting out would be the wheels and exhaust, because the cost to switch out the springs and pulley would outweigh the possible value. The exhaust and wheels would have to be in exchange for stock parts. I do not have my originals.

Taking offers on the car with or without mods. The wheels and tires cost just under $3k and the exhaust was $1,700.

For parting out, make me an offer on the wheels and/or exhaust including your stock parts. Wheels would need to be without bends or major curb damage and with more than 50% tread on OEM Michelin or Continental tires.

Pictures from various stages of modification. The current configuration is with the wheels and suspension. The exhaust has been on since right after I got it.

Sorry, the scoops are black.
