Assume my lease...2006 M5--$790/month

I was thinking about staying in my lease for the remaining 6 months, but I think I've already found my next car.

The car is in very good condition...nicely optioned (SMG, HUD, NAV, Ipod, SAT) Black on Black with 37k miles.

So here's the deal:

I would expect to recover my cap cost reduction $3500 up front
I have $5600 in refundable security deposits that I would need the new leasee to pay to me at lease assumption
I would cover the overage miles until the date of transfer, new leasee would be responsible for his/her miles.

Here's the catch...I can only transfer until the 23rd of August. So new leasee needs to have his/her credit application into BWMFS before that date.

Please let me know if there's interest.

$2300 hundred a month is what you are asking someone to pay for six months. Could be cheaper if the new leasee gets back the 5600 upon turn in. Not sure how that works.

good point

given that there will be 25% of the lease left, then I would want 25% of the cap cost back ($900). I think that is a fair solution.
