these are practically SS replicas but 1 piece. out of curiosity i put my ss headers on the floor the same way, and sure enough everything was the same bend for bend. i should have taken a picture but it didnt occur to me at that time.

the buyer wont be dissapointed of results.

How would one go about upgrading the ECU to take into account the headers? Dinan vs JC vs Powerchips vs Custom? Or does A1 have their own custom software for this? What will work if I already have Dinan Stage I ECU upgrade?

A1 does not have its own software as far as I know, but any of the other ones you listed would work. Probably the best option is Power Chip, I have heard great things about them. Active Autowerke should also be looked into. If you were to switch from Dinan to another software, I believe you first need to go from Dinan to stock, and then you can flash whatever software you like.

Also, if you have a reputable tuner shop in your area maybe give them a call and see what they can do. A mail order chip can never be as good as a tune done specifically for YOUR car.

By the way, if anyone has a BBK sitting around and are looking for headers, I would be interested in a trade.

Didn't a shop in CA made them? PedM5 had them on his car and they were $1500 installed IIRC.
