Well what I am familiar with is I have the same car as you with less miles and no check engine light and no stories about an engine light and I would not even ask that much for mine. This is a forum of BMW friends,,, go rape someone else!

Clemster, I have an 03 silver with two tone grey/blk sport leather and m bass. I had Raz wrap all the trim in carbon fiber and jsut bought a blacked out B & B exhaust I could take off and replace with original if need be. It has right at 45k on the miles. Raz was just in town and did a full GT1 and car checked out. Also have a previous PPI from BMW where the car checked out. No paint work at all and brand new tires all around. I would consider $27,000. I think Raz and some other would tell you my car is spotless. I am considering getting back into a W211 MB E55. I just sold one this winter and miss the brute power.

Thanks for the description. I'm about to turn in my leased 335 and will be ramping up my efforts to score a replacement. I live near Baltimore and Columbus is within day trip distance. I'm sure I can search up some of your pics, but I'll ask anyway. Can you email me some?

Thanks again,

Adam
