2002 M5 $19500 62k miles

This is NOT MY CAR, I don't even know this guy, but do know that there are 4 E39 M5 owners/board members within 10 minutes of this car who can check it out if someone really wants to buy it. Happy hunting.

2002 BMW M5

That's a decent asking price for an '02 with 62K miles. Unfortunately it's not my color.

I know this is nitpicky, but why do people advertise all the features that EVERY M5 has?? Wow, Nav and leather seats? No way. Power windows and a moonroof? Shut up! Instead tell us about the ownership history and all those maintenance records you have.

I am guessing that this person is not an M5 enthusiest, and does not know that they ALL came with those options.

If your friend is serious, and contacts the seller about having me look at it for him, let me know. I will help out, that is why I posted this thread. I'm sure Lunker325, Mx5, hdhntr23, and M5moving would be happy to help out too....

You're assuming that every single potential buyer for this car is very familiar with the M5 car. What if someone who knows nothing about M5s decided to look into it? Basic info may seem useless to most of us on this board but is essential to someone who doesn't know anything about an M5.

The seller says:

"THIS CAR WAS MAINTENED REGURALY AND TAKEN GOOD CARE OF. IM SELLING THIS CAR BECAUSE I NEED MONEY FOR COLLEGE"

Is it just me, or is anyone else wary of buying a car like this from a teenager?

Michael

(well... I assume he's a teenager since he writes like he's texting on a phone and is ready to go to college. I suppose he could be 50 and just can't type... )
