Hi all,

I'm sad to be selling my e39 M5, but I can no longer afford the insurance being that I'm 20 years old. It is in good condition with many upgrades. -DINAN Sway Bars front/rear -DINAN exhaust -DINAN Software/Chip -Short throw shifter -lowered suspension -AC Schnitzer CF rear spoiler -Carbon Fiber Kidney Grills -Pre Wired for Valentine Radar

Maintenance has been performed by mastertech of BMW Seattle.
New Fuel Pump, New regulator, New Belts, New $300 World Battery (2yr warranty). Needs new front bumper as current one is cracked on the right side.

Clean tittle, Overall good condition. I purchased this vehicle in May of 2008 from a family friend. This vehicle has been well taken care of throughout ownership. I am confident that whoever purchases it is getting a great car for a good deal. I still owe $23k, yet I must pay off my loan so I can focus on college tuition etc.

Let me get this straight-

The car was serviced in Washington, but you are in Arizona ?
The car has the DINAN package and you owe 23K on the car
But you're selling it for 14K ?
And have only 2 posts on the board - one of which is for this sale?

What gives ?

The Question I posed to the seller isn't " Stupid "
It's simple observation

And I will absolutely ask legitimate questions.

I didn't call the seller names -

I want to know what is going on with this sale.

If the seller is honest - and I hope he certainly is

Then he shouldn't be offended by my concerns

The Only " Stupid " question is the one NOT asked.

I see no problem with the above post from DINAN 3. If 1 person has questions, others typically will as well. He's got a must sell, he 10k under water, new on the board........ All legit questions for everyone to see if the sell can respond.

I appreciate your responses. Basically, I am selling the car at this low price because I can no longer afford the payments, and the car is not in perfect condition. I owe 9k under the table, so right now I'm just trying to pay off the loan balance in order to release the title. I recently moved to Phoenix from Seattle in June, as I transferred to ASU. I take pride in being an honest person, and will gladly answer any questions. I know Karma is real! As far as the car is concerned, it does need a few minor things. I made a list today: -Front Bumper needs to be replaced -Few minor dings on side of car -Check engine light just turned on, probably needs MAF censors -Needs new front brake pads soon. Other than these defects, the car is amazing. Please don't hesitate to respond with more inquiries.
