Sorry for the slow reply guys, yes it is an aftermarket badge and there is a custom grill as well. (this all came with the car when i bought it).

Good Luck! Just picked up an 2006 Black/Black Full Merino HUD+Active vetilated Seats+++with 30k on for $40k in Jersey! No Paint work with new rubber!

Actually the car has been reduced to 50k USD, and my car has 10,000 less miles than yours and also $10k worth of extras plus winter tires and borbet wheels.
