HEY EVERYONE...I HAVE A DINAN S2 (MINUS CAMS) AND WILL PART OUT IF I CAN MAKE THIS HAPPEN ASAP. Otherwise, I will transfer all items (except the 3.45 diff) to my newer 03 Bone Stock M5. I NEED Stock Parts, so local BAY AREA People are highly preferred. I

Bavarian Motorsport (Milpitas) is doing all the work. I am dropping both (02Dinan S2 and 03 Bone Stock M5) on Tuesday 8/26, so i need to make this happen fairly soon. If anyone wants to do a complete transplant, Bavarian charges approx $3000 per vehicle to do it. Therefore, we each pay $3k each for labor and I take your stock parts and subtract that oem value from my selling price.

Here are the parts I am selling (retail price/my price):

--CAI ($1999//$1300)
--Exhaust ($1998//$1100)
--Air Mass Meter ($1499//$900)
--Throttle Body/Velocity Stack ($5699//$3000)
--Headers ($7999//$4000)
--3.45 Diff ($2499//$1200)
--SS X-Pipe--sell for $250
--Brembo BBK F/R -- sell for $3200
--Dinan LWF--?

**Since I need all of the OEM parts to replace the above, ONLY interested in swapping oem parts + cash for my Dinan parts. If I can't make this happen soon, I will be transplanting all parts to my newer 03 M5...

So far I've received confirmations on the TB/VS and Headers. If I don't have more people willing to do swap dinan/oem swap+cash, I'll just transfer all parts over to my bone stock 03.
