I have for sale 2 iphone 3g 16g ones. These are the brand new iphones and i waited in line quit a while for them. WHen you purchase them in the store you are required to get a att plan to get one but i have 2 for sale without any contracts. They are already activated so all you need to do it put your ATT/Cingular sim card in the phone and you are all set.

Selling price for each phone is $800 inluding shipping.

If you buy 2 of them right away willing to sell for $1550.

How do you figure each one is $800? The ATT website shows the 16gb versions for $300.

ATT offers it for $300 with a brand new contract. This is also after you wait in line and hope they will not be sold out by the time you get to the front.

If you already have a att contract it will cost you $600 at the store and you will have to wait in line and extend your contrac for another 2 years.

Ok look. Basically the iphone can only e purchased at the Apple store if you wait in line for a few hours and if your lucky... by the time you reach the cashier if they have phones in stock you can buy one with these 2 options.

1. Get a brand new 2 year contract and pay $200 for the 8g and $300 for the 16g

2. Extend your current contract for an extra 2 years and pay $500 for the 8gb and $600 for the 16gb.

The reason you cannot buy one without a contract or anywhere else for the apple advertised price is because this phone HAS to be activated in store

The price is at $800 because the phone is already activated and ready to use as soon as a sim card is placed in it. That is a bit below their market value right now based on many websites and street value. They also sell on ebay from $800 - $1200.

Basically buying it from me will make it much quicker to purchase and no waiting in line for hours if you are planing on purchasing one. This phone is already activated.

Well im here in NY and actually there still are lines everyday but other than that ATT stores dont even carry these phones. Only the APPLE stores

Finesta, Just put it on ebay. I just sold 7 iphones for 5 grand. I made like a 3,500 dollar profit in a week. It mostly goes that high, because people are more likely to buy oversees. Remember, the iphones diden't release in every country. I just think you'll have better luck on ebay.

P.S. people are still standing in line for these phones, only at Apple not At&t.

This is incorrect. They still charge the $299 discounted rate for the 16GB ($199 8GB) if you have an existing plan that is within the upgradable period of contract (roughly 2 months before end of existing contract) or $499 for 16 GB if more than 2 months before end of existing contract. I believe your price is way too much, even if there is no discount.

My prices are based on my friends who actually bought these phones with extending their contracts... although i am pretty sure they did not have 2 months before their current contract ended... otherwise yea.. the phones are very pricey

Either way they are already sold but i will have a few more on monday
