I'm not 100% sure I'm ready to part ways with my baby, but I'm considering trading it in for two separate vehicles.
First the car details (and then I'll add the "why"):
- 2007, leased in July 2007, so 12 months into 36 month lease
- Roughly 24 months remaining at this point
- $1,085 monthly payment
- I paid the tax upfront so the payment technically includes tax
- Up to 30,498 miles available under current terms
- More miles can be added at $0.16 per mile
- P.S. PM me if you can't figure out the '498'
- Roughly 18,000 miles on the car now
- So doing your math, yes, there aren't a lot of miles per month
- I'll look up the buyout if you want, but I got a good deal on the residual so I doubt you'll want to buy it vs. current market prices for used.

Now the why...
I'm sure any of you who would do your due diligence on this car would do a search for my posts. If you didn't plan to...FULL DISCLOSURE...read them! This is not a garage baby! Sure I clean/polish/wax etc., but this car does have a "used" front end. If you need spotless, then either this isn't the car for you or you would need to respray the front end. Other than that, it is pretty spotless. No dents or dings or scratches, just the chipped front.

And nothing you couldn't turn back in as "normal wear and tear" I might add.
So back to the "why". This car is a BLAST to drive, but I'm getting a little more serious about wanting to go racing. I'm starting to sniff around for an E46 M3 to gut and take off the street. If the M5 is going to end up solely as a commuter, I'm going to find something that does that job a little better. Who knows, probably some old man car.
So, would anyone be interested in the car knowing its history, but taking into consideration the cheap payment and understanding it is completely under warranty? I'd appreciate any and all feedback, even if it is to say "No one in their right mind would lease YOUR car!"
I'll post pictures if there is any real interest, butttt, it's black...with stock wheels, or the BBS RG-Rs in black if you want them. I'd guess what most people would probably be more curious to see is pictures of the front, which I'll take if people want to see it.
If people think someone would want to lease it, I'll give people on M5board a first look and then throw it on leasetrader. Thanks in advance for everyone's help.
