The car is in very good to excellent condition. The only real flaws I can think of off hand is there is some light scratching on the rear trunk lid (which may polish out with a good detail and are not visible without close inspection) and the blower motor speed switch cover keeps falling out. I probably can fix this one, although the BMW dealer would not order me a new one - damn $1 part that it is. The prior owner was also a M5 Board member. I plan to have the car professionally detailed in the next week or so, so I can post better pictures then. Thanks.
Ahhhhhhhh.......I am the previous owner of this car and I will also attest to not only how nice of an example it is but of the integrity of Bill, the current owner, as well......here's some photos I had of it as well......

Thanks Chris - I have lowered the price to 19,900 after looking at current pricing. If the prices go any lower, I think I may just donate it to a local charity.
Bump for a good guy......hey Bill, have you put it on ebay yet? If not give it a try as I just had sucess with it selling a car....Autotrader as well.....if you use autotrader....just be prepared for an onslaught of other car places calling trying to get you to use them as well.....about 40 in two months ...

Massive Price Reduction - 16,900 - I grow weary of tire kickers -
Well I thought the car was sold. After hours on the phone and several "I am completely committed to buying your car" statements I ended up taking the day off yesterday to wait for the buyer who was driving in from a few hours out. He supposedly had a cashiers check made out to me and was ready to go. I almost signed the title over to him in the morning so I could have my wife deal with the transaction while I went into the office - good thing I didn't do that as the buyer ended up passing. Nothing like wasting a day of your life for a "tire kicker." For all the prospective buyers out there, there is nothing wrong with saying you are interested in someone's car and would like to look at it. But don't tell someone you are committed to buying their car and are bringing a cashiers check to complete the deal unless you intend to complete the deal. Here in California an oral contract is binding so this could get you in trouble. And I thought used Porsche buyers were a pain. Actually it is 2 different deals - Porsche buyers want everything to be perfect in a 25 year old car (I have been guilty of that myself) whereas BMW "buyers" apparently just want to look (which is fine, just don't tell me you are on your way to buy the damn car!).
O.K. - rant over. Here are some pictures from today. Note the non-original rims. I got tired of the OE rims after the original finish failed miserably and a refinish didn't hold up that well either. So I went with different, easier to clean rims.
