Those seats can be sanded/filled/dyed for $500. Results should be 90% OEM and should take 6 hours to perform.
Ask local upholstery shops for references of local leather repair techs.
I would not attempt this repair yourself. The savings will not be worth the problems with a first-timer repair.
If the leather is the only issue with the car, you've scored a very nicely priced car.
