WTB: the vacuum valve on the M5 exhaust muffler

I want to buy the vacuum valve that is on the M5 exhaust mufflers. I need this part for a project. I can provide references to maxima.org and ebay.

I think this part is found on the E34, but I really have no clue....all I know is that there is this valve on an older M5 that I need to get....lol

I believe my '03 540 exhaust has this - it looks like a black cylinder bolted on near the exhaust mufflers, correct? If so, make me an offer.
