FS: E39 M5 Magnaflow 14815s

One set of stainless Magnaflow 14815s (3" tips) (with mounts) already set up for direct install into your M5. One month old and about 1k miles. Mounted high and tight, perfectly centered in the valence opening. Three mounting points in the factory locations, rock solid and done by one of the better shops in Austin (over $300.00 for the installation). Just cut and go as it includes the head pipes that tie in to your stock exhaust near the rear axle.

The 14815 stock 2.5" inlets were removed and correct 2.75" size pipes were welded to the enlarged inlet area.

Excellent condition, as they are near new, never been in rain, etc.
They've just broken in and sound great. If you are local, you are welcome to drive and listen.

Let me know if you have Qs.

200.00 OBO

I appreciate the offer, but will probably hold off at this time.

While they are available for 200ish new (these were 241.00), there is time and cost (in this case 328.00) in measuring and welding the brackets to allow them to mount in the correct factory positions. They may only be worth 100.00, but I think they have to be worth something more. 200.00 for a direct bolt exhaust system seems pretty reasonable for an M5, but I suspect I'll know in a week or so if its too high.

And yes, this includes both mufflers.

Best regards,

I've got some slip joints\clamps (whatever you call them) for joining and am hoping that I can just get the shop to enlarge one side of the pipes and then clamp them down.

otherwise welding it would be

They are already enlarged to slip over the stock exhaust, though mine were welded.

Good afternoon,
I've been out of town all weekend hence the lack of status update.
They come off the car late this week, and then I have a couple of local central TX members who have first opportunity. Failing that I will then go through the list of out of state responders. I've returned all but three PMs, and will catch those this afternoon.

I am replacing them with a Dinan setup.

Thanks,
