What is the life left in those rotors? 50%, 60%?

Thanks.

Hi Bob,

I emailed a knowledgable source to translate the thickness measurements in my post to perecentage of life left.

I'll post his response as soon as I get it.

Thank you,
Arkady

Update

I just received the reply to my rotor thickness question.

Quote:
Arkady,

Those rotors are in great shape. I don't know how many separate
measurements you took per rotor and if you then averaged them. That
would be the correct approach. But most people just take a single
reading. Assuming the latter, I would say you have 80% life remaining
in the front rotors and 90% life remaining in the rear rotors, plus or
minus 5%.

Minimum thickness for the front is 31mm and for the rear is 27mm.

Hope this answers the "how much life is left in them" question.

Thank you,
Arkady

That is exactly what I was looking for. Now I just have to see how long you have them. I can't get myself to buy them before I actually have an M5.

Thanks!

Bob
