Hi all, I am thinking of putting up for sale my mint condition set of original factory E39 M5 shadow chrome wheels with nearly new Michelin Pilot Sport 2 tires on them. They are all flawless except for one front wheel; it has a tiny line about 1.5" long on the outer most lip thanks to the tire shop.
edit: found another flaw on left rear wheel... probably from tire shop also :mad . The wheels are coming off a garage queen '00 M5 with only 26K miles on it. All 4 Michelin PS2 tires have less then 5K miles on them. I am including the original BMW center caps with these. I am located in Seattle, WA. I am lowering asking price to
$1350 plus shipping.
For anyone that doesn't know the specs of these factory wheels:
Size: Fronts: 18X8 Rears: 18X9.5
Offset: Front: 20mm Rear: 22mm
Center Bore/Hub: 74.1mm (all 4)
Tires: Fronts: 245/40 18 Rears: 275/35 18
They are lightweight (I believe they are one peice forged), someone actually weighed them on a computerized shipping scale: fronts are 24.20 lbs and rears are 25.18 lbs. I can't believe I am getting rid of these for some heavier 19" knock-offs.
