Atlanta Varsity Meet

Used to be just kids. Now involves many different marques 911, skyline, supra, BMW clubs, Audi clubs. All ages and all types of cars are there. Starts every first Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m. but 9:00 is a good time to go. Come out and discuss mods.

I live a couple of blocks from there and I could hear someone riding the rev limiter last night for 30 seconds straight, 3 times in a row, while sitting in my living room.. at almost 1 in the morning. Obviously there are still a lot of children that go there.

Yeah I am sorry to hear that. You are right the kids are still there but the number of adults has increased 10 fold. Many nice cars and nice people. They have other meets too where it is just kids, but this one is not bad. Some kids do sometimes get out of control but I have never seen any realy annoying ones there so far.

The number of places for car guys to gather in Atlanta is really slim.. it would be nice if there was somewhere that was "kid free" or at least that kind of stuff would not be tolerated in order to keep from ruining it.
