Exclamation LONDON MEET - SUNDAY, DECEMBER 4TH

Hello again everyone!

I am arranging for the following:

MEET AT 12 NOON AT MARRIOTT HOTEL WALTHAM ABBEY

followed by lunch in their restaurant at 1pm (and maybe even a drive).

The hotel is located near to Junction 26 of the M25, here is a map:

http://marriott.co.uk/Channels/globa...WT_Ref=mi_left

Please mark this date in your diaries.

For those of you who missed it, here is the report from last time (so you get an idea of what we do):

Pictures from London Meet (Sunday, October 2nd)

Please reply if you would like to attend and give number of attendees (I need to plan for lunch), e.g. Ashok (1).....

Who's up for it?!

Re: LONDON MEET - SUNDAY, DECEMBER 4TH

I'd love to join you, but the chances of me getting "up North" for 12:00pm are about as likely as aliens landing in Kansas and saying hello. Looks like we'll have to set up a mini-meet for those of us that live South of the river.

Me to me to.

Last time there was a fair few of us. Enough to rent a few hours on an old air strip or summit ?

Just a thought.

Re: LONDON MEET - SUNDAY, DECEMBER 4TH

I try and rotate the meets around the M25 so that eventually they are convenient to everyone. It's not fair to always have them in one place - poor mohan has to trek from darkest Kent every time!

The last few meets have been:

Hyde Park - central
Hanbury Manor - north
Runnymede - south west
The Grove - north west

The next meet is north east and in the New Year we'll probably do a south east or central one again.

For those of you coming from futher afield think of it as another excuse to really drive the M5

Sorry Ashok, I won't be able to make it as I'm away that weekend on business. Please let me know of further meetings. Thanks very much.

Re: LONDON MEET - SUNDAY, DECEMBER 4TH

ashok

I am currently a 740i sport (selling) and RS6 (just bought because the wife thought we needed a people carrier and this is the closest I could find!!!!!!!) driver, of course temporary until I can pick up the E60 M5 at an affordable price.

Is there any objections if i clear the diary and come along?

Re: LONDON MEET - SUNDAY, DECEMBER 4TH

Runnymede works - I was at uni there and lived in Englefield Green for about 4 years afterwards. I still might show on the 4th if I'm feeling well.

You're welcome to come along but we are not meeting at Runnymede this time - it's Waltham Abbey.
