Not sure if anyone on the board is going to this event but it is on from 11th - 13th July and will be well worth visiting. I will be there on Friday as I have managed to take a day off work and tends to be a lot less crowded than the weekend

Sorry John couldn't make it but thanks for posting.

I saw lots of coverage on Motors TV (SKY Channel 416) and it looked excellent. I especially liked the narrow race course with the bales of hay on either side - some of the F1 drivers (Montoya, Button etc.) seemed to be having a blast with their traction controls switched off.

Good to see some impressive BMW's running there too - I really liked the M3 GTR and M1.

We got within 2miles of goodwood and turned round due to the crowds...

Adam, We went on the Friday and even then it took me nearly 3 hours to get there so cant imagine what the traffic would have been like on the Sunday. I think next time I will miss Midhurst out and go down to Petersfield and then cut across. Glad I went as its the only real opportunity you get to be so close to all those unique cars and great drivers.

Do they have V.I.P. packages for next year with reserved parking/priority admission/grandstand & tented areas?

Perhaps we could do a group meet & ride but this would need some advance planning.
