Is the track officially closed tomorrow or is the just the group rental cancelled? I would assume the former or else we should make a go of it tomorrow if the weather holds up tonight.

Atco won't be open weekdays in December other than for rentals. They'll be running scheduled events on Saturdays and Sundays & will finally close for the season on December 16.
It is closed. Other than Saturday and Sunday through 12/16, it is only open during the week for private rentals.
You can probably cut the chain around the fence and use the strip, but you'll have to do it without any of the electronic timing equipment.
Believe me, guys, I was looking forward to this for a long time. Heck, I wonder if the stress of putting this together and worrying about the weather brought about my case of Bells Palsy.

OK, Guys. I am assuming that unless I hear from people (like Boner) that they cannot make it next Friday - everyone is still in.
If you can't do next Friday, let me know. I will rip up or return your deposit and then make the space available to someone who would have been at the rental on 12/5 but for it being "sold out".
