Anyone going to Audi Driving Experience - Pocono Racetrack?

I've been invited to go to the Audi Driving Experience @ Pocono Racetrack in PA.
I have scheduled track time on Tuesday Oct. 16th in the afternoon.
I should be able to get my hands on the new R8!
I'm heading out there Monday and staying over till Wednesday.
Was wondering if anyone is also going?
BB

Hi Brett,
I was there for the event they had on Sept 4th....just coincidence actually as I was doing a track day on the East course with a driving club I belong to...at any rate you will not get your hands on an R8....LOL....they WILL drive you around the track in one w/a factory driver but no one was allowed to drive it for themselves....we asked...we had a bunch of AUDI NA guys come over to us as we had a fine collection of Lambos', F-Cars, P-Cars and of course M-Cars...have fun it looked like a very nice event!
Regards
S

One Helluva Time!!
And yes, we did drive R8's!!!!
I also tracked the new S5 - pretty cool car.
We had emergency braking, slalom and autocross events.
The day began @ 1:30PM and lasted till 6PM.
We drove A3, RS4, Q7, TT, S5 and R8.
What a blast.
This was my first track time ever and I loved it.
Please tell me about other schools where they let you drive their cars around the track.
I hope to see you this Sunday for the NYMC run.
Brett
