OK guys - I was not in my office today, so I don't know if I received any more checks. I need all the checks in my office by THIS FRIDAY - that means they have to go in the mail tomorrow at the latest. As of yesterday, I received checks from less than half of those who have indicated that they were coming.
I need to have 15 committed cars (and 14 deposits) for the event. Atco is expecting a check for $1,500 based on 15 cars. I have a number of people who are trying to get in, and I don't want to wind up being one or two cars short and having to have all of us pony up more dough to make up the difference. I need to tell these other people that they are "in" or "out" by Friday so that they can make whatever arrangements they need to make at work.
If you know that you are not coming, PM me to let me know. If you mailed in your check and I have not yet advised you that it was received, PM me as well. If I hear nothing by Friday, you go to the back of the line.
