Dunno what "Few snow showers" means, but that's what weather.com has been saying for the last week.
Who, what, and when will decide if this is cancelled? I've been looking forward to this for a long time, but personally, if there is any snow coming down, even if it's one flake, I vote we postpone till the spring.

I have a call into Kevin at Atco asking for what the track does to notify people if the weather doesn't look so hot. Waiting to hear back.
Let's keep our fingers crossed. Hopefully, it will be fine. Last time I went (last month) the forecast said rain. Went down and it was a good day. Didn't rain till the evening.
If the track cancels it, they will probably just keep my deposit. I'll refund all of your deposits (or rip up the checks). But if the track says that they are open and running, then we are expected to go, and the track will want its money. Naturally, they are not going to have people go down in the rain or snow, and I have seen them cancel events in the past. And since they need to pay people to go to the track (ambulance, workers, etc.), they are not going to tell us to come down just to tell us to leave.
Again - positive thoughts. This has taken too much time for it to be wasted.
