GUMBALL Rally USA on CH4 Last night

I watched that Gumball programme last night on ch4 and thought what a waste of £6k.

I was gonna try to enter the next gumball but after watching that programme last night i've changed my mind.

There was not even one celeb just car dealers thrashing there cars about, I do that everyday or on most weekends when driving over to a GP with a few mates!

What is the point of that Rally?

What did you think?

errr.......

4u

You have no idea what you are talking about. I can tall you now that the only important thing on that rally, was arriving at the check points first. It can't portray that though.....for obvious reasons!! 95% of the people who do it , do it year after year......ask yourself why??

Yes I do have a 996 GT2, and no you can't have any pictures of it apart from the damaged ones, as it is currently being repaired!

FAO of Lonman...

Well I can only go by what I saw on teh TV and it was totally bollocks.

But if you say that it was teh best days of your life then I take your word for it, but the TV programme was well and truely CRAP, it sent out the message to prospective gumballers that Maximillion set up the Rally just to make enough money for his own F1 GP team, a bit of business venture instead of a Race amongst friends.

All he was bothered about was getting maximum coverage and plenty if contacts to finance his team.

If the TV programme sent out other messages, then I and about 20 other people who I know watched it must of completly missed the point!

Well good on him, if I could fool 200 + people into paying me £6k just to drive around on public roads and call it a rally, then i would.

I bet he'll have he's F1 team in a few years no problem, let alone financing for a couple of £100 million!

Really too bad! What happened to it? You didnt crash it yourself I hope?

I saw that you have a 2002 550 Maranello - do you have the F1 paddle gearbox?!? Absolute dreamcar of mine, absolutely gorgeous - what color combo do you have? I'd love to see some pictures of that car as well! Pretty please?
