OTHER 997 911T FORUMS/CLUBS / RECENT PIC / LAUNCH CONTROL

I've had my 911t for about 8mths now. Can anyone recommend any other forums / clubs worth joining?
is the porsche club UK worth joining ? is there anyone on here from the northern (UK) ?

Piston heads porsche forum seems ok - with a recent northern meet at specialist cars @ malton - which is ideal for me. I almost had tussle with the owners snot green murcilargo in the m5 had it not been for several hundred sunday drivers - I had a glimer of hope it would be my final stand off in the m5 before handing it over to its new owner. The snot mobile was kising the arse cheeks of the M, insisting a move aside. I would have done too but not without a fight (the one where you flaw it when they over take - I should add this was on a dual carridgway). Had it not been for the traffic - it would have been a damn good 1mile foot to the boards run.
I wasn't planning on parting with my lightened/modded M5 - I've enjoyed the fruits of both cars for the past 8 months - but a sacrifice for the greater good is how I'm currently coping with my bereavement.

Moving on... I'm starting to do some homework on 911t modifications - I stumbled across techart and was interested in the 100HP kit. Is this stupid money or reasonable? no prices were listed.

Anyone with recommendations on whats good - I've heard a remap is worth doing - anydrawbacks?

Finally - mines triptronic with sports crono pack. Is there are launch control? There's no denying its rocket propelled - but if you flaw it from standstill - I miss the sense of occasion when I dropped the clutch in the M5 and then clung to the stearing wheel.

Finally - I miss the sense of occasion from the m5 v8 - its exhuast note was part of its magic. What's a good exhaust system for the 911T? the 911 C4s sound much sexier - what happened with the turbo? stealth performance definately - its pedigree apears to be very stealth - its just missing something?

sorry no pic - it won't let me??

thanks...I now realise I was linking to the woring filenames - I've updated these now...but can you edit the post - as its duplicated them - obviously as I couldnt figure out why it wasn't working - it was late.

I was visiting a client who has luxary caravan park and he happned to have a pro photographer their for day taking pics for their new brochure. He has an e60 m5 and this was being used as part of the photo shoot. As he was costing £2k for the day I jokingly said I've always wondered what kind of pic a pro could take of my car. Well I was sent these in an email - which summed it up nicely as the weather was somewhat pants. I completely appreciate his value as I couldnt take this good a pic.
