Selling a staggered set of Style 65 wheels with decent tread. I had them on one of the M5s for about 500 miles with no issues. The wheels are straight/true (one has a small dent on the outer lip) and all tires maintain a consistent PSI for months at a time.

However, I'd recommend that they be refinished (again) due to the color chosen by the PO and some scratches and curb marks that occurred on his watch. Asking $600 or best offer. Can meet in the Charlotte area around July 4th or they are available outside DC in about a week.

If it makes sense. I'd think someone willing to pay around $400 for the rears would pay another $200 for the two fronts while they are there picking them up.

I'd be willing to drop them off at Prince - they can then ship them to you after they are finished.

<!-- BEGIN TEMPLATE: dbtech_usertag_mention --> @hardrivn <!-- END TEMPLATE: dbtech_usertag_mention --> - I can let you know when they are available for pick up. I have 2 rears and a front in the NoVA garage, I threw the other front in the trunk as a spare and it's still in Charlotte for another week or two.

I have all 4 wheels / tires together finally outside DC in NoVA; if anyone is interested please let me know.

Sorry - didn't receive notification of the last two posts. Sold this morning in person, and got to check out a really solid Lemans Blue on Caramel.

Thanks again! I was hesitant about making the long drive but the wheels are great and the tires had a surprising amount of tread left on them. And the long drive made me re-affirm my decision to get this car, it is a cruise missile and comfortable as hell, thank god for WAZE as I might have been arrested. Here is the link to the leather restoration photos I told you about: http://www.m5board.com/vbulletin/e3...7-fibrenew-leather-restoration-results-3.html

The good news, had them all straightened and refinished at SportsCarTire Tires, Custom Wheels, Wheel Refinishing, Bent Wheels, Flat Repair, Nitrogen, Balance & Rotation at Sports Car Tire Inc. Wilmington, DE (302) 571-8473 in Wilmington DE back to original factory shadow chrome finish and they did a FANTASTIC Job! they do accept shipment repairs and will return ship as well so if someone needs wheels refinished I would highly recommend them (No affiliation) $175 to refinish each wheel. Photos attached The bad news had to replace one of the fronts because it had a cracked spoke that had been painted over which revealed itself after media blasting :( ended up spending another $180 for an additional front.
I am now getting my original wheels refinished so I will have 2 full sets.

Looks like they did an excellent job.

Any photos of the cracked spoke? The wheels were original to the car (which still has under 60k miles) - it was obvious when the car was delivered that the previous refinisher was incompetent. Could your place tell that they knowingly painted over a crack?

No photos of the crack but I saw it in person it was at the base of one of the spokes that comes closer to the outside edge and they didn't feel comfortable about welding it so told them to scrap the wheel. If you want they may still have it. Les the owner and guy I was working with will talk your ear off about the crap job the previous refinisher did, with color, shaving the edges to make it appear round..... but in the end he was WAY pickier than I am and he was happy with the finished product and really goes above and beyond to ensure it is done well. He thought it was a cover up on the part of the previous re finisher, but it was small and there is a chance the other guy may have missed it as it was probably smaller when it was refinished. He was able to find me another wheel for $180 after shipping that needed to be refinished and didn't hit me with a mark up on it. On the car that I bought with the repainted dark gray wheels 3 of my 4 wheels had small bends in them so in the end having 2 full sets of perfectly round and refinished wheels at the total price, mounted and balanced with a hunter load force wheeel balance for what I paid is going to make me happy. I wasn't complaining or asking for money back, we all take a risk in buying used parts, I was just excited about how well they came out.
